One of the best malls we have ever shopped ... and trust me, Mrs. Sunlover has test driven a few ... conveniently located on the strip, it has a great mix of stores and is a great place for people watching ... there's an art gallery in the mall that is amazing ... original Picassos and Rembrandts etc. ... it is like a trip to a gallery ... one small annoyance was the people who have small booths and accost you as you walk past ... some were quite indignant when we wouldn't stop and listen to their sales pitches ... the food court has a choice for every taste ... overall, a great place to shop ...

"Cool Burgers"
If you are looking for a cool, casual and relatively inexpensive restaurant, this is your place ... The burgers are amazing and the service very good ... With a string of screens above the bar and small-screen televisions in the booths, it has the feel of a sports bar ... one of our favorite spots whenever we visit Las Vegas ... would highly recommend you give it a try ...

We stayed at THEhotel for four nights earlier this month ... The room was magnificent -- a small suite -- and the bathroom especially amazing ... For all the extras -- three televisions in the room, fine linen on the bed -- we found the towels to be like sandpaper ... A small complaint, we know ... Our major complaint was the distance from our room to the pools at Mandalay Bay (THEhotel does not have its own pool) ... The walk to the pool took us down a long corridor at THEhotel, through the sports book and casino at the Mandalay Bay, down a flight of stairs, through a small mall area and out to the pool ... On our first day, we bought two coolers -- $8.50 -- at a confectionary near the Mandalay Bay exit to the pool, only to have them confiscated a couple of minutes later at the entrance to the pool ... at the pool's Bikini Bar the same two coolers were $14 ... all in all, we loved our room, liked the shopping mall between THEhotel and the Luxor, and would likely stay there again ...
