"Poetry Night Club is Vegas’ premier hip hop destination. Often imitated but NEVER duplicated. Patrons come from all over the world to party with the many celebrities that frequent this intimate venue, a guaranteed place for a starstudded good time where everyone and anyone can come to chill and vibe. You never know who you’ll see drop by or who’s canoodling in the secluded corners of this aesthetically pleasing night spot. Customers can always count on superior VIP service and an unforgettable good time at Poetry with plenty of stories to tell your friends the next morning. The venue is dressed in soft chocolate hues intertwined with black and red accents. Black sheers, alluring red roses and delicate chandeliers made with black Swarovski crystals create an attractive atmosphere with an intoxicating feel. The prominent VIP section, located by the dance floor, can double as a stage, making it home to the likes of E40, Snoop Dogg, Grandmaster Flash and Carmen Electra to name a few. The venue's creative space highlights celebrities and high rollers; from NFL players to celebutantes to Playmates, everyone has one thing in common, an affection for hip hop and a love for a good time. Hip hop aficionados find Poetry to be the ONLY place on the World-Famous Las Vegas Strip where the DJs play straight hip-hop hits all night long!

The club’s actual design incorporates poetry, as lines of calligraphic verses appear everywhere from the napkins to the ceiling to the floor and walls. Classic pieces/excerpts, including the works of Edgar Allan Poe and Marquis de Sade give way to the more modern words of hip-hop and rap poets like Tupac Shakur bringing "Poetry" into today's market. A beautiful and timeless way to link the eternal romance of the past to today's mainstream hip hop landscape.

"Have to agree on this one"

We too went to a hosted event there and were moved not less than 2 times to make room for some other A listers. I guess some people just get preferential treatment regardless of others. Frankly we don't really want to go back, but the people we were with more than made up for it.

"Party at Poetry"

We went to a hosted party at Poetry and although we were very excited to go we quickly changed our minds. We had purchased a table with bottle service and not an hour after we got settled in at our table Poetry staff moved us to another table that was closer to the party which was ok but annoying. What really annoyed us was when the staff moved us and the whole party from our area that was very nice out on the balcony which in my opinion sucked. The venue would have been good but the constant moving of us sucked.
