"What a View!"
The Foundation Room can be good or dead, fun or not depending on a lot of factors. It can be packed after a concert downstairs at the House of Blues (owned by the same group) as the entertainers, friends and supporters can make it a happening place. Other nights it can be fairly dead. Then again, since Mandalay started giving out free passes to hotel guests and the club started allowing non-members admittance (most but not all the time) it can still be a crowded place even without the help of the H.O.B. crowd.
No matter what, if you do make it up there check out the view from the balcony. Many of the breathtaking photos of the Strip come from this vantage point.

"Foundation Room"
We thought that the place was amazing the authentic ancient pieces they have are just unbelievable. It has a terrific view of the strip and the music is pumping. Can't vouch for the price of the food as we didn't eat there, but the drinks were not to bad. We will enjoy going back there again sometime.
