The Strip in between Russell and Tropicana

An addition to Mandalay Bay featuring all suites, an awesome spa and one of the hottest lounges in town. This is a Lowlife favorite.

"THE hotel is the perfect compliment to the already-impressive Mandalay Bay property. At 43 stories, it rises above the Las Vegas Strip. Within, 1,120 suites with separate living and sleeping areas, hospitable meeting places and swank hotspots all combine to make an airy, cosmopolitan haven for those who appreciate life's finer things. Complementing the abundant world-class restaurants at Mandalay Bay, THE hotel at Mandalay Bay will offer the convenience of a 24-hour cafe / coffee bar and a relaxing lounge. People who stay at THE hotel never want to stay anywhere else. Find out why!"

"theHotel rocks"

Big deal it is a bit of walk to the pool. You could get one of those electric carts to roll your lazy ass over there. The gym in theHotel is far better than in Mandalay, the spa is way better, the service is way better, even the elevators are less of a circus than over in Mandalay. Oh, and even the entrance into the place (in back from the car park) is better...as is getting a taxi. The higher price is worth it, to me at least. But it's all personal preference in the end.
