The Strip in between Russell and Tropicana

One of LowLife's favorite hotels. The hotel features House of Blues, the Foundation Room, Red Square bar, Rum Jungle restaurant/nightclub, several top-notch restaurants, a large concert and events center and a huge convention center.

Staying at the Mandalay also give you access to the Euro-style (i.e. topless) pool called Moorea Beach Club. At night, during the summer it's a hot nightspot with a Miami club feel. Pictures of Moorea.

"Mandalay Bay Las Vegas is a deliciously upscale hotel casino on the South end of the Las Vegas Strip. Mandalay Bay Hotel Las Vegas is one the hottest hotel casinos on the strip. While upscale, they still remain "cool" not "stuffy". Mandalay Bay Resort has it all... from being voted the best pool in Las Vegas, to several fine restaurants, not to mention its crazy nightlife, you will never run out of things to do!"

Mandalay Bay Shark Reef
Within the thirty stories of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is the third largest aquarium tank in North America. At a size of 1.6 million gallons, this huge tank reaches depths of 22 feet and houses more than 1200 species of sharks, exotic fish, and sea turtles; there is also a rare display of five golden crocodiles – and there are only around a dozen of this species still in existence! There’s the opportunity to come face to face with piranhas in the Amazon predators exhibition, and then a menacing array of sharks in the large shark reef. Entrance costs $15.95 for adults and $10.95 for children 12 years and younger. Children under 4 are admitted free.

"Mandalay Bay"

We had a suite at Mandalay Bay and enjoyed it. A little pricy but worth it. Not too impressed with eyecandy. Liked the MIX although crowded.

"Mandalay Stay"

The misses and I recently stayed at Mandalay Bay.. We were in town for Fusion 08. We have stayed all up and down the strip and for us Mandalay gives us all we want.. very good resturants, the accomadations are wonderful, Foundation Room has lots and lots of "eye candy" and of course Moorea Pool can be off the charts depending on what's going on in town. The comps are fair for your slot and table play.. not great but fair. All in all we are headed back in Oct 08.. so that pretty much speaks for itself.
