From the original Crazy Horse in Paris. Topless. (formerly called "La Femme")
$59
Wednesday-Sunday, 8PM and 10PM

"Crazy Horse Paris at the MGM Grand Hotel Casino is a first for America and Las Vegas, a show direct from one of the hottest nightspots in the world, the original Crazy Horse in Paris, famous for its productions celebrating beautiful woman and the art of the nude since 1951. "Crazy Horse Paris" uses a combination of light effects, film, and projections to create dramatic effects: some subtle, some humorous and all sensual. All 12 of the international collection of dancers are members of the original Crazy Horse dance troupe. Crazy Horse Paris dancers are trained in ballet and perfectly integrate into sensuous choreography as their bodies are bathed in colored and textured lighting designs."

Some Unique Acts

"MGM Grand's Crazy Horse Paris revisits the show's glamorous history by reviving three acts never before been seen by Las Vegas audiences until now.

Artistic director and choreographer Molly Molloy, who worked alongside Crazy Horse founder Alain Bernardin, recently introduced three numbers entitled "Tico Tico," "Legs" and "C'est La Classe" to the show's line-up.

"Tico Tico," a dance that Molloy created in the 1980s, focuses on the Crazy Horse dancer's ballet training with each dancer on point shoes during the entire performance. Molloy modernized the dance by using a Portuguese song originated by Carmen Miranda then translated into English and sung by modern day French pop singer Arielle Dombasle.

"Legs" is a number that was created in the 1960s and was a favorite of Alain Bernardin. The number is focused solely on the dancers legs lined up in an inverted position on stage. The performance is choreographed to Rod Stewart's tune "Hot Legs."

"C'est la Classe" is the revived finale from the current production of Crazy Horse in Paris. The number was created in 1973 by French music producer Jacques Morali, who is famous for creating the disco super- group the Village People. To complement the name change from La Femme to MGM Grand's Crazy Horse Paris, the first line of the song in the finale begins "We Are the Girls of Crazy Horse."

"Good Looking Dancers that Actually Dance "

Small room, small stage, but the show delivers.

The women have classic dancers' bodies, and they really can dance, as shown by some numbers done in toe shoes.

The show is hot. Since all the dancers are women, the heat is from looking at those dancer bodies, as close to fully nude as a small piece of tape will allow.

"La Femme is talked about during a pre-orgy "meet"!"

We loved La Femme when we saw it 2 years ago during a stay at the MGM and highly recommend it. The venue is dark, sultry and small enough to convey the sensual nature of the show. It's one of those Vegas shows where everyone is close to the stage. And, I would have loved to touch! Oooo-La-La!

Anyway, we knew La Femme was a great show, but it really hit home (and prompted this review) when it was discussed as "more erotic than any strip club" during a recent meeting with a couple in Virginia Beach, VA of all places. And, then we took them and another couple back to our hotel room for an orgy...or at least a 6-way.
