"Still kickin..."
We keep thinking this place will die and it just doesn't. Perhaps it's because of it's proximity to the L.V. Convention Center that keeps it alive. The beer gals and the shot boys and girls are still pretty hot but the crowd has really gone downhill, over the past few years and the music is pretty much the same as it ever was, same as it ever was. And it has become almost a nightly tradition to have several drunken, polyester-expanding gals dancing on the exhibition stage. Well, at least they are, having fun doing it. That sort of festive mood probably has something to do with the multitude of bachelorette parties and the whip cream humiliation the shirtless hunks can dish out to the brides-to-be on the bar in front of everyone. The Beach is, kind of like El Squid Roe (in Cabo San Lucas) except not quite as fun nor wild. If you go with a large crowd and want to dress casually, this place might still have a good time or two left in it.
Edit: Went again a short while back and it has officially died. All the good looking bartenders and beer girls are gone and the ones that are there look p.o.ed or something. R.I.P. man, you had a decent run...
